Why Your Get-up and Go… Got-up and Went!!

Fatigue, feeling run down, waking in the morning feeling unrested.

These are major and common complaints. Witnessed by the widespread use of coffee, teas, sugar, and popular energy drinks. For awhile using stimulants to increase our energy seems to work. However, over time this approach causes our body to become even more run down. We still have the fatigue and we need to use more and stronger stimulants to get the same benefit.

Normal wear and tear, along with genetics certainly play a part in the aging process.
